Coyote Pass
Coyote Pass: It’s a true feeling of southwest as you drive this neighborhood with many Santa Fe style homes. The views towards Gavilan Peak are stunning for most properties and quick access to the New River commercial area and I-17 is handy. Take Coyote Pass Rd north up the hill and experience amazing 360 degree views and access to State Trust Land. There is a small pocket of homes on the edge of this hill.
This area contains the New River Mailbox, Road Runner Restaurant, New River Veterinary Hospital, Neighborhood Storage, Daisy Mountain Fire Station 146, New River Elementary School (the Wildcats) and more. The elementary school mascot name ‘Wildcat’ is named after Wildcat Wash the traverses thru the property. There is an unsightly APS transfer station off Coyote Pass Rd.
