Fig Springs Confines
Fig Springs Confines: Fig Springs road can be quit dusty at times but it’ worth the drive to get back in the remote areas of New River with direct access to Tonto National Forest. Many roads peel off of Fig Springs leading you to quiet and blissful living. The more remote homes are perhaps the farthest homes from amenities than anywhere else in New River.
- Types/characteristics of Homes/Properties: Mixture of single family homes and manufacturer homes with a wide variety of styles. Surprisingly there are many older homes but a good mix of newer homes and new builds (2019 and newer).
- Views & Topography: Views are mostly average as the area tends to be lower in elevation with less prominent mountains or horizons to view. The lots are mostly flatter but a good amount of washes traverse throughout.
- Roads: All gravel, can be dusty
- Public Land Access: Tonto National Forest access to the east
- Distance to Amenities: 5 to 7 miles to New River commercial area, 10 miles to Anthem
- Lot Sizes: Majority at or over 2 acres.
